Care Credit Application Process
Applying for Care Credit with us is simple. However, it is very important that you apply for Care Credit through the Bravo! Dental office that you plan to visit.
- Under the “Our Locations” section below, click on the location of your appointment.
- You will be redirected to the Care Credit link for that location.
- Fill out all the information for your Care Credit application.
- Click “Continue” and follow the prompt(s) to completion.
- Ensure that you have received a confirmation that your application has been submitted.
